Day 1 Arrival in Beijing
 Upon arrival into Beijing, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend rest of the day exploring exciting Beijing at your leisure.
Day 2 Beijing (B/L/D)
Today, you will have a full day tour of Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square, Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven. You can choose the Beijing Opera Show or Kungfu Show as optional at night.
Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)
This morning, visit The Ming Tombs Museum, the ancient burial place of the Ming Dynasty emperors, and the Sacred Way. After lunch visit The Badaling Great Wall, built over 2,000 years ago by Emperor Qin. Cable car is optional to get the top of The Great Wall. Dinner is a Peking duck banquet at Quanjude restaurant.
Day 4 Beijing – Lhasa (B/L/D)
 Enjoy some free time before transfer to the airport for your flight to Lhasa (3,650 meters above sea level). Lhasa Gonggar Airport is located 98km south of Lhasa city. On arrival, check in to the hotel and be acclimatized to the high altitude this afternoon.
Day 5 Lhasa (B/L/D)
This morning after breakfast, visit the Potala Palace, the winter palace of the Dalai Lamas, is reputed to contain 1,000 rooms, hundreds upon hundreds of magnificent thangkas, frescoes, and images. After a western lunch, followed by visit to the Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park, a richly decorated complex located in a beautiful garden setting, is the traditional summer palace of the Dalai Lamas.
Day 6 Lhasa (B/L/D)
Highlights of today's sightseeing include the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street. After having a western-style lunch, followed by visit to the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory.
Day 7 Lhasa – Shanghai (B/L/D)
 This morning, enjoy a visit to a Tibetan family. Then, You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. On arrival, check in to your hotel for 2 nights and explore this exciting city to The Bund for some great views of the futuristic Pudong area and Nanjing Road for a spot of shopping at your leisure.
Day 8 Shanghai (B/L/D)
A full day city tour has been included to ensure you make the most of your stay in this modern metropolis. Sights include The Yu Garden, Shanghai Museum and the wonderful 19th-century Jade Buddha Temple. You can choose the Acrobatic Show as optional in the evening.
Day 9 Shanghai – USA (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for flight back to sweet home.
