Booking Options

1.     You can choose from all of our single city tours as many or as few cities as you like. We will put them together as your desired package.

2.     All itineraries could be tailored as your wish.

3.     Our price is based on minimum customers, with the exception of coach (bus) tours.

4.     Guaranteed departures are with minimum of two travel guests.

5.     Check with us for details on a group of six or more.

6.     All rate per specified are subject to change without prior notice.

Reservation and payment

1.     Please download the booking form or contact us for reservation or information.

2.     Regarding the tour cost, a non-refundable deposit of US$ 50 – 300 per person is required at time your reservation is made.

3.     Balance of payment must be paid 50 days prior to the date of departure at least.

4.     Full payment must be paid immediately upon of tour confirmation if the booking is made within 30 days.

5.     Payment can be made by either of the major card (Visa, Master or American Express). A form of credit card charge authorization will be E-mailed or fax back when signed. Sometimes either cash check or money order is requested. Personal check is not accepted.

6.     Cancellation charge will be incurred if participants cancel a confirmed tour within the following days:  

50 -31 days before departure      …………………………  10% of tour cost

30 -20 days before departure      …………………………  20% of tour cost

19 -14 days before departure      …………………………  40% of tour cost

13 -04 days before departure      …………………………  50% of tour cost (> $ 1,000)

                                                …………………………  70% of tour cost (< $ 900)

Cancellation within 3 days           ……………………….  100% of tour cost

7.     No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation of change made by participants themselves while the tour is in progress.

Price Inclusive

1.     China domestic, city to city, air ticket per specified in the itinerary on coach class basis includes airport tax and fuel surcharge.

2.     One piece of check in luggage not exceeding 20Kg (44 Lb) per person for domestic flight.   

3.     English speaking tour guide, other language could be arranged upon request.

4.     Private vehicle service in each city except coach tours.

5.     Admission fee per specified in the itinerary.

6.     Hotel accommodation on sharing twin basis with breakfast per listed in the itinerary.

7.     Meals per specified in the itinerary at local restaurant (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner, vegetarian food can be arranged upon request).

1.     China Visa

2.     Travel insurance

3.     Transpacific flight air ticket

4.     Any service beyond the itinerary

5.     Excess baggage charge (over 20 Kg per person)

6.     Personal expenses, such as laundry, phone and bar bills

7.     Gratuities to your tour escort, local guide, driver and hotel bellboy

Responsibility

1.     China Hospitality Tours USA, Inc. reserve the right to adjust the quoted prices at any time should there be any fluctuation in the exchange rate of increase in the cost of any portion of the tour.

2.     China Hospitality Tours USA, Inc. is not responsible for any loss if tour itinerary has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstance require spending extra time on the tour, all the costs involved will be charged to the participants.

3.     China Hospitality Tours USA, Inc. reserves the right to accept any person as a member of any tour at any time or to require a person to withdraw from a tour if his acts or behavior are considered to be offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other members.

4.     China Hospitality Tours USA, Inc. reserves the right to vary the transportation, hotel and visits indicated in the itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstance.

5.     All sightseeing tours per specified in our day by day itinerary are subject to change by the local tour operators without prior notice but nothing will be missed.
